What is a promotional code and what is it for?

With a discount code or promotional code, you'll get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions.


How is it used?

If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the booking process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the reservation.


General conditions of use:

  • A promotional code can only be applied to the accommodation and pension portion of your booking.
  • Any discounts associated with your promotional code cannot be applied to the complementary product portion of the booking.
  • Only one promo code can be applied to a booking.
  • PRESTIGE HOTELS reserves the right to apply or not to apply a promotional code.
  • Apart from the general conditions of use, each promotional code has specific conditions.
  • These conditions can be viewed on the information page of the campaign or offer related to the code (for example, the expiration dates of the code and the hotels to which the code can be applied).

Up to what age is a child considered when making a reservation?

Until the age of 12 is counted as a child from the age of 13 is already counted as an adult.

Is it possible to book a specific room number?

No, you can indicate your preferences, which if noted in your reservation will be taken into account when assigning the room, you can book a room type that will be guaranteed but not a specific number, this will be subject to availability. Of course, we will do our best to satisfy your preferences although these cannot be confirmed.

From what time can we enter the hotel and check in?

The rooms are usually ready from 2:00 p.m., if you arrive at the hotel before, you can leave your luggage in the trunk and make use of the hotel facilities, as soon as your room is ready we will notify you so that they can be installed.

From what time do we have to leave the room free?

The last day the rooms must be released before 12: 00h.

Is it possible to stay in the room until later on the day of departure?

To do this, they should consult the reception as it is subject to availability. This service has an additional cost, check price directly at the hotel.

What does the Half Board include?

Half board includes dinner and breakfast.

Is it possible to change dinner for lunch?

Yes, there is no problem, to be able to do so you have to indicate it at the reception so that they can inform the restaurant, they can change it for one or several specific days as well as for the entire stay, it is only necessary prior notice.

What does the Full Board include?

The full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.

What is the first and last service?

If you have booked Full Board and enter with food, the last day they have breakfast included.

If you have booked Full Board and enter with dinner, the last day includes breakfast and lunch.

If you have booked Half Board the first service is dinner and end with breakfast on the last day. In case of not being able to enjoy dinner one day by notifying the reception in advance they can prepare a cold dinner or recover this dinner with a meal any other day during your stay.

Are drinks included in the scheme?

No, drinks always go apart.

Do you have a safe in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms have a safe that can be requested at the reception at an additional cost.

Is it possible to access the spa of the Prestige Hotel Victoria Spa & Elit if we have a reservation at another hotel in the chain?

Yes, the entrance has a cost, except in the case of having reserved a treatment or massage, where no entrance fee would be charged. Customers of the Hotel Prestige Victoria have the entrance included at no additional cost.

Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility/disability?

If all our hotels have one or more adapted rooms, these are subject to availability and to be able to guarantee this type of room you need prior reservation.

Are there specific foods for people who have intolerances?

All breakfast, lunch and dinner services are free buffet with a variety of products to choose from, so you can select those that best suit your needs. Even so, we advise you to notify us in advance, in order to anticipate any specific request you may need.

What payment methods can we use to make payments at the hotel?

They can pay by credit card (Visa, Master and American Express) as well as in cash or through Check Vacances (we do not accept any other type of check).

What kind of documentation is needed when identifying yourself at the hotel?

If it is possible to carry the confirmation of your reservation in print or on your mobile, otherwise the confirmation number of the reservation. Also, to check in you will be asked for the ID or passport of each of the guests of the room.

Can I stay with my pet?

Pets are welcome at Prestige Hotels! In our Prestige Victoria Hotel & Spa Elit and Prestige Hotel Mar y Sol Elit hotels we accept dogs at a cost of €12 per night.


General regulations

The entry of dogs weighing up to 10kg that are not category 1 (attack) and 2 (defense) is allowed. The updated animal passport must be presented.

Only one dog per room is allowed. In the hotel room you will find a courtesy bowl for your dog.

Access to the hall and hotel elevators for entering and leaving the hotel will be allowed as long as they are properly linked.

It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room or its access to the common areas of the hotels unless they go inside a carrier.


Admission rights

The hotels reserve the right of admission. In the event that the dog barks or does not behave appropriately and we receive complaints from other clients, you must leave the hotel with the full payment of the stay.
