What is a promotional code and what is it for?

With a discount code or promotional code, you'll get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions.


How is it used?

If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the booking process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the reservation.


General conditions of use:

  • A promotional code can only be applied to the accommodation and pension portion of your booking.
  • Any discounts associated with your promotional code cannot be applied to the complementary product portion of the booking.
  • Only one promo code can be applied to a booking.
  • PRESTIGE HOTELS reserves the right to apply or not to apply a promotional code.
  • Apart from the general conditions of use, each promotional code has specific conditions.
  • These conditions can be viewed on the information page of the campaign or offer related to the code (for example, the expiration dates of the code and the hotels to which the code can be applied).

Dogs are welcome at Prestige Hotels!

In our Prestige Victoria Elit & Spa, Prestige Sant Marc and Prestige Mar y Sol Elit hotels we accept dogs with an additional fee.

At the Prestige Victoria Elit & SPA and Prestige Mar y Sol hotels, the extra cost is 18,00€ per night.

At the Prestige Sant Marc hotel, the extra cost is 20,00€ per night.


General regulations

  • Is allowed the entry of dogs weighing up to 15Kg that are not category 1 (attack) and 2 (defense) is allowed.
  • The updated animal passport must be presented. Other pets are not allowed.
  • Only one dog per room is allowed. In the hotel room you will find a courtesy bowl for your dog.
  • The hotel staff will not be allowed to enter in the room while your dog is inside. Dogs must be always kept on a leash and under control in common areas.
  • Access to the restaurant is strictly prohibited.

Right of admission

  • Hotels reserve the right of admission.
  • If your dog barks or misbehaves, you will be required to leave the hotel.
  • Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for unused nights.
