Prestige Hotels guarantees that the rates you find on its brands’ websites are the lowest available. If you place a booking on our website and find a lower price available to the public on another site within the next 24 hours, Prestige Hotels will charge you the lower rate and also give you an additional discount of 10%.

The Prestige Hotels Guaranteed Lowest Rate applies to published rates which are available to the general public. It does not apply to group rates, special contracts, tour operator rates, members of associations or similar. Please consult the Terms and Conditions.
If you find a lower rate than that at which you placed your booking on the www.prestigehotels.com website within 24 hours, you must send the Guaranteed Lowest Rate Claim Form to our Central Booking Service. Please complete the attached form fully, send it by email to email@example.com or by fax to 972 25 21 01 together with evidence that you have found a lower rate (you must explain the rules and restrictions applying to the rate and it must be available).
Our Central Booking Service will check that the information is correct and if it is we will contact you to tell you about the change in the rate. If you do not receive an answer please contact us by calling 902 200 414, and give your name, original booking confirmation number and the date on which your claim was submitted. The person who deals with you will be able to tell you about the status of your claim.
The Guaranteed Lowest Rate does not apply to the rates of any ‘opaque supplier.’ An opaque supplier is any organisation or service that stops the purchaser from obtaining information about the rooms available at a hotel until they have guaranteed payment. A site is opaque if it does not divulge the name of the hotel in which the room is available and does not divulge any other kind of specific information which might reveal the identity of the hotel.
The Guaranteed Lowest Rate does not apply to package rates. Package rates include accommodation at the hotel which is sold as part of a travel package.
Unpublished rates are rates which are not available to the general public (corporate rates, group rates, rates for meetings, members’ rates or rates offered by email or post).
The Guaranteed Lowest Rate applies to a Competition Rate with rate limitations that are the same as the rate limitations bookable on our website. Rate limitations include requirements for purchase in advance, requirements for deposits and cancellation and change policies.
If the Competition Rate is given in a currency other than that used by Prestige Hotels to establish its rate, our Central Booking Service will convert the Competition Rate to the same currency as that used for the rate offered on our website. The exchange rate for the currency used will be based on the current exchange rate at the time of placing the original booking.
After converting the Competition Rate Prestige Hotels reserves the right to reject a claim where the said Competition Rate is lower than the Prestige Hotels rate if it considers that the difference between the rates is due, even if not exclusively, to the exchange rates used by the two suppliers of rates.
In the case of a stay for several nights, the Guaranteed Lowest Rate will compare the total cost of the room for the stay as if it were booked at the Prestige rate with the total cost of the room for the stay booked at the Competition Rate.
Multiple claims for a stay consisting of two or more consecutive nights at the same hotel will be treated as a claim for a single stay.
Claims must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing a booking, and 24 hours before the expected arrival. If the original booking was placed within the 24 hours prior to arrival the Guaranteed Lowest Rate will not apply. An original booking means the initial booking placed through our website and does not include bookings which have been changed or cancelled.
The Prestige Hotels Guaranteed Lowest Rate does not apply to existing booking placed through a room supplier. If a booking is placed through a room supplier, Prestige Hotels takes no responsibility for any rate associated with cancellation of the said booking.
Once the claim has been lodged, the Central Booking Service will send you a message by email or some other means which includes the booking confirmation number and the new rate you will be charged. If you do not receive a confirmation from the Customer Care Department within 24 hours after sending a claim, you can contact our Central Booking Service by email or telephone.
A client who submits a claim within 24 hours of placing a booking and whose claim is considered valid will be contacted. The client must answer the Central Booking Service within 24 hours or before checking into the hotel, whichever comes first, to complete the booking process. If they do not, they cannot place the booking at the rate resulting from the Guaranteed Lowest Rate claim.

If for some reason, after receiving confirmation of a valid claim and the creation of a booking at Guaranteed Lowest Rate, Prestige Hotels does not apply this Guaranteed Lowest Rate, the Customer Care Department must be informed within 15 days of the end of your stay, giving the booking number of your claim. The Customer Care Department will investigate the rejected Guaranteed Lowest Rate and take steps to refund the difference between the room rate charged and the Guaranteed Lowest Rate, where the room rate charged is higher than the confirmed Guaranteed Lowest Rate.
Place your booking online and do not pay until you arrive at the hotel. Your credit card details are only necessary to confirm and guarantee the booking.

The hotel does not allow pets of any kind, except for helper dogs for disabled people.
The tax on overnight stays at tourist establishments in Catalonia came into force on 1st November 2012.
At Prestige Hotels the charge is €0.50 per person including VAT, and will be charged on arrival at the hotel for a maximum of 7 stays. Overnight stays subsidised by social programmes and people aged 16 or under are exempted (documentary evidence is required in both cases).
