Prestige Hotels measures

Following the announcement by governments of the closure of "places that receive the public that are not essential for the life of the country", Prestige Hotels has been forced to close its establishments since Friday, March 13, 2020.

These closings are valid until the next season 2021.

We are forced to ask all our clients with reservations for 2020, in all Prestige hotels, to cancel or modify their stay, not being able to go to our establishments.

We are currently informing all our clients via email or telephone.

We are aware of the inconvenience caused, but we are faced with an exceptional situation that requires taking exceptional measures.

Rest assured that the health and safety of our customers, employees and suppliers are our highest priority. All our teams are totally at your disposal to accompany you in the best possible way and listen to you in these exceptional circumstances. You can also count on our commitment as soon as possible to consider planning your next vacation.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 continuously.
