Prestige Hotels measures
Following the announcement by governments of the closure of "places that receive the public that are not essential to the life of the country", Prestige Hotels has been forced to close its establishments since Friday, March 13, 2020.
These closings are valid until July 02, 2020 included in all Prestige hotels except in the Prestige Mar y Sol Hotel with closure valid until June 18, 2020 included, with possible date change depending on how the situation evolves.
We are obliged to ask all our clients with reservations between March 13 and July 02, 2020, both included, in all Prestige hotels to cancel or modify their stay, not being able to go to our establishments except the Prestige Mar Hotel. and Sol with reservations until June 18, 2020 included.
We are currently informing all of our clients via email or phone.
If you have a reservation in progress for the next weeks between March 13 and July 02, 2020, inclusive, your stay is being canceled at any of our Prestige hotels except at the Hotel Prestige Mar y Sol until June 18, 2020 included. In case of having made any prepayment and having to cancel your reservations for these dates we will proceed to your refund.
We are aware of the inconvenience caused, but we are facing an exceptional situation that requires taking exceptional measures.
