High season

  • Over 7 days before arrival: no penalty.
  • From 7 days to 72 hours before arrival: 50% penalty.
  • Less than 72 hours before arrival and no-shows, 100% penalty.

High season dates

  • Carnival
  • Easter Week
  • Bridge days (between public holidays and weekends)
  • Summer (01/07 - 31/08)
  • Ascension Day
  • Pentecost
  • Christmas
  • New Year.

Outside high season

  • Over 24 hours before arrival: no penalty.
  • The first night will be charged on all cancellations at less than the notice specified.
  • In the event of a no-show the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Procedure in the event of changes

The client may make the changes in question in writing, by email, by fax or by telephoning Prestige Hotels. The client will then receive a written answer by fax or email, in which Prestige Hotels will inform them about the possibility that they will be charged modification fees if applicable, in accordance with the cancellation/change policy.

The client may make the cancellations in question in writing, by email, by fax or by telephoning Prestige Hotels. The client will then receive a written answer by fax or email, in which Prestige Hotels will inform them about the possibility that they will be charged cancellation fees if applicable, in accordance with the cancellation/change policy.

Special requests

Connecting rooms, early check-in or other services can be requested when placing a booking online. The hotel will do everything it can to meet such requests, though it cannot guarantee them until check-in. All requests will be dealt with according to the availability that exists at the time.
